Coronado Neighborhood is a neighborhood in transition. It is a neighborhood made up of many working class residents both as home owners and renters. We are fortunate to have Neighborhood Housing Services of Phoenix in our neighborhood at 1405 East McDowell Road. They offer free classes on Financial Fitness, Home Buyer Education and Crisis Budget Workshops that can help you or perhaps you may know a neighbor who can benefit from these classes. A little bit of insightful knowledge on budgets and management of finances can make good neighbors. I have posted the Schedules (English and Spanish) at the Sunshine Market (12th and Oak Streets) and at the Speedway Market (20th and Oak Street).
