AND DUE TO HIS RETIREMENT..........

It is with great pride that the residents of the Coronado Neighborhood present the January “Coronado Visual Award” to Ross Blakely, acting director of the street transportation department for the city of Phoenix. Presented on the day that he becomes “Citizen Blakely”, entering retirement after years of City service since he was a teenager.  Mr. Blakley acted far above and beyond the call of responsibility by and by taking a personal interest in the traffic mitigation/North High School safety plan for Virginia Avenue, as well as the Traffic Circle at 12th and Oak Streets. He has also assisted the community in developing and defining “Points of Pride”, and community identity for years to come in the Coronado Neighborhood.

Thank you Ross Blakely. You have positively impacted, visually, the lives of those who live and will live in the Greater Coronado Neighborhood.

AND HERE IS THE RESULT OF EVERYONE'S EFFORTS......
